a) What kind of fees are collected by QuaggaArt Gallery and to whom are they charged? The fees, which are the sale commision of 30%, are collected only from the sellers. The fee is collected only if the item has previously sbeen sold.

b) How to buy and sell works in the Gallery? Both the seller and the buyer (have to) must be registered. Any persons who are interested in selling works of art, should use the link (available within their account) to inform the administrator about this fact. The administrator accepts the application within 48 hours. After having won the auction, the buyers pay the given fee to the Gallery’s account. Within 3 days from the acceptance of the payment (the seller is informed about it via e-mail) the seller is obliged to send the work of art, unless it was marked differently in the auction’s description.

c) What are the accepted sizes of the files presenting listed works?
500 kB - a picture
5 MB - an attachment.
If you want to add a larger file, contact the administrator.

d) The payment methods for pieces of art.
All the details concerning the finalization of the transaction will be automatically sent to your e-mail address. The procedure of payment for the item looks as follows:
The shipment’s cost must be added to the price of the item - this amount is always set by the seller. It can be different for various countries. The total amount should be paid into the Gallery’s account via:
- PayPal -Allpay - or in the case of any problems by making the money transfer to the Gallery’s account:

Please, fill in the TRANSACTION DESCRIPTION field: the seller’s nickname, the seller’s country, and the name of the item.

e) QuaggaArt Gallery transfers the money for sold items into seller’s account once a month.

f) What does the Gallery name mean?
The first part, Quagga, means a zebra.
