Johan Wahlstrom, Artist
Born 1959 in Stockholm, Sweden.
Grow up in a family where art and music always was around, thanks to 4 generations of Artists on his mother side.
December 1997 he moved to the south of France (Provence) to be able to develop his passion for painting and became a student of the Swedish artist Lennart Nystrom
Johan was living in a very old stone house in the forest all alone for the first 5 years in France and did nothing else except painting.
The entire house and garden was full of canvases, brushes and colors.
1999 he did his first show in France and from year 2000 he is a full time visual artist exhibiting his works in Spain, The USA, UK, Sweden and France so far.
2004 he moved to Miami for one year to explore about The USA and in 2005 he moved to Marbella, Spain where the light and colors from the nature are perfect for an artist.

Power and Poverty
Conflicts in families and countries
Year 2008 will be a busy year with Exhibitions booked in Los Angeles, Malaga, Mallorca, Barcelona, Puerto Banus, Stockholm and more to come.
